    If there is a problem with your custom order, please notify us immediately and we will make our best effort to resolve any issues and or errors. We do not offer refunds, we will try our best to replace product. If necessary we will offer a store credit for any error or damages caused by us. If damages occur due to shipping by Post office we will follow up with claim from them for damages. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Our Products are hand-created, there will be variation from piece to piece. This is just part of the charm of buying handmade custom items
